If you have never tried 90 day planning, then you’re in luck, because in this week’s video and podcast, I’m going to show you an easy way to do it.
Why plan your next 90 days?
Because this is how we intentionally create the life and work of our dreams.
The reality is that if we’re not pointing ourselves in the direction of our dreams, then we’re just showing up for life every day, reacting to whatever comes at us and just hoping that things turn out for the best.
Is that the way you want to live?
It’s how I used to live, for the majority of my adult life. But now that I’ve started creating quarterly, monthly and weekly plans, my business has grown, my confidence in what I’m doing has increased dramatically and I’m actually reaching the goals I set for myself.
If that sounds like something you’d like to have in your own life, then dive into the video and podcast above to get started. I even created a worksheet/guide to help you plan your next 90 days and you can snag it right here.
90 Day Planning – Find Your System
The best way to adopt a new planning habit is to find a few concepts that resonate, take what works for you and leave the rest. ADHDer’s will stick with things that make sense to their brains, which is why we have to tinker a bit to make things work for us.
I highly encourage you to customize this process so that it makes sense for your life – especially when it comes to the kind of system you use. Are you a paper planner person? Or is everything digital for you?
Personally, I like a hybrid of both. I do all my planning and tracking in Notion, but every morning I also physically write down my to-dos so that they’re always in front of me (I forget everything).
Why Everyone Needs a 90 Day Plan
You’ll hear me talk about this on the podcast, but it’s worth repeating – 90 day planning isn’t just for entrepreneurs or productivity nerds. It’s for anyone who wants to move their life forward in a particular direction. It’s also for you if you tend to take on too much, because it forces you to evaluate how much you’re putting on your future self’s plate.
I love that I can look at my calendar in 90 day chunks and see where I might be overcommitting myself or where I might need to plan some intentional downtime.
So that’s it! I hope you found this 90 Day Planning process helpful. Got questions? Ask them below.

Hi Caren!
It’s Sherry Morrison. I was in the ArC 27.1 group, Moira Mabin group. ( I missed the last week due to illness and husband’s health isssues.)
I stumbled upon your podcast today and LOVE it! Listened to a lot of boring ADHD podcasts that are good but think you are fabulous! You kept my ADD brain completely engaged with your great advice and humor. Kudos on your podcast!
Wish I had found you earlier before I had coaching with ArC. Just visited your YT channel. Will head back tomorrow when I can view the videos and like them all.
Just wanted to say hi and will definitely send people your way for the podcast and coaching.
Best Regards!
