My Approach to Coaching
No matter the goal, I encourage all my clients to approach personal transformation holistically, by focusing on body, mind and emotional wellbeing. From my years of training in fitness, yoga, coaching and psychology, I have found that change rarely happens unless we have the physical, mental and emotional energy to follow through.
Where we Start
Before our first official coaching visit, I’ll ask you to do a couple of self-assessments, so by the time we meet for the first time, we both understand your personal strengths, values and current level of life satisfaction. This process optimizes our time together and helps to identify patterns, choices and beliefs that might not be congruent with who you truly are.
From there, we determine the area of life you want to work on and the conversation begins. Our coaching relationship is a partnership. You are always in the drivers seat and in control. I’m your navigator, your objective set of eyes and a trusted co-pilot. Together, we get you where you want to go.
Who I Work With
Most of my clients know, or suspect they have ADHD, but neither is a requirement for coaching with me. Whether you’re an entrepreneur who’s feeling lost, an employee who feels overwhelmed, or a woman in mid-life who wants to reinvent herself, the coaching process is the same.
